    Remove support of "half anonymous / half authentication mandatory" support

    PermissionsOverrider was made long time ago to bring back a crazy behaviour that was introduce by a customer that was leveraging executable permission files to make security related juggling.

    This is no longer needed so let's purge this time bomb so hopefully it will be there only to scare you developers in veteran stories.
