    [SOAP] Problem with the submission of an artifact field value of type date.
    When we are receiving an artifact containing a date, we have the value of the date in a String representing the timestamp (ex: 1354230000) but when we are trying to submit an artifact with a date (using the same value), we have an error.

    I confirm the issue.
    In fact it's waiting a text format date.
