    Migrate project references administration UI to BurningParrot

    This part of the project administration needs a good refactoring and a nice lifting.

    Steps:

    1. Make the default view use FrontRouter
    2. Extract views generation in Mustache templates
    3. Migrate the default view to Burning Parrot
    4. Migrate the creation UI to BurningParrot (yet another modal?)
    5. Migrate the edition UI to BurningParrot (same?)
