    ADD predefined OWNER GROUP (When FORK)
    Hi,

    As i create my own fork, generally only the owner has control into his own repo, for that:

    -- please add a Default permissions predefined group that his named "owner" that contain your own username

    -- the purpose of the group is permission write

    -- if a git contain multiple fork we have to create for every user a named group

    NB: Currently i have created manually a group "maintainer" that contain my username for writing permission
