    @mention does not work in HTML format for follow-ups and text fields

    Introduced by git #tuleap/stable/a0ed87fa219948f67ecaf3d86ad5b928c3c8bb31

    When you are writing a text field or a follow-up comment and using the HTML mode (with the text editor), when you type @, there is no longer an auto-completion to find Tuleap usernames. The autocompletion should be brought back to HTML mode.

    In the replacement of codendi/RichTextEditor.js, a call to tuleap.mention was not ported to the new version and the feature has been forgotten in functional tests.
