    Add support of mermaid js diagrams

    Mermaid is an extension of markdown to render various kind of graphs.

    Now that we have support of markdown in trackers, it would be convenient to add support of mermaid here.

    Support in Git, while highly desirable, is outside the scope of this request because it conflicts with PrismJS (that highlights the code)
