A new REST route list all the children (_is_child) artifacts linked to a feature in a Team

  • If the linked artifact is in a team but not a child, it's not displayed
  • If the linked artifact is a child but not in a team, it's not displayed

a new rest route is added, it is paginated GET program_backlog_items/{id}/children
