When CSV import:

  • contains a column __new_followup_comment
  • and the line has an artifact id (that is to say the import corresponds to the update of an artifact, not the creation)

A new follow-up comment is created with commonmark format with the content of the cell. The author of the follow-up comment is the one who perform the import and the date is the date of the import.
