    Project importation via CLI is broken with artifacts static fieldchange value

    When: Importing via CLI a project with artifact nodes involving a fieldchange value of type selectbox, binding to static, a PHP Fatal error is thrown because of the uncasted return value of Tracker_Artifact_XMLImport_XMLImportFieldStrategyList::getStaticListDataValue().
