    Ease usage of jenkins for tuleap developments

    When developers wants to test Tuleap <-> Jenkins stuff it can be hard to get a working development environment. Esp. when it involve communications with TLS as mutual trust is mandatory.

    The goal of this contribution is to make it transparent for developers to start a jenkins that communicate with Tuleap
