    Colors in background mixins should be based on CSS custom properties

    When background mixins have been set up, there was no CSS custom properties. We were forced to pass scss variables that was depending on the theme (FlamingParrot & BurningParrot).

    Now that we have common CSS custom properties we can remove those dependencies in background mixins.
