    Test execution changes should not take the place of other artifacts in the heartbeats widget

    When a new campaign is created or being executed, it's not unusual to have a lot of new or modified test executions. Those test executions are not shown in the heartbeats widgets but they still take the place of other artifacts so in the widget it can looks like there has been no recent modification of artifacts.
