    Remove no longer used features in create_test_env

    During development of request #21334 I identified that there is a dependency between create_test_env (that is in the main monorepo) and botmattermost that is in an external repo.

    That makes the things un-necessary complex in term of deps and the feature (chat notification) is no longer used.

    In the same spirit, the daily email sent with the activity log is no longer used either.

    Better drop them entirely.
