    Replace `-` character by `_` in legacy tracker shortname when migrating them

    Legacy trackers can have a - characters in their shortname which is not accepted in the tracker shortname and can block the migration.

    Canceling, the format is expected to be verified before the migration request. Not quite sure how we ended up in a situation where that was not the case.
