    gerrit-migrated deleted tuleap branches are being fetched by git gerrit
    To reproduce:
    - create a new git repo on Tuleap and migrate it to gerrit.
    - delete the git repo on Tuleap.
    - the gerrit-synchronisation functionality of Tuleap will still try to update the repo and an error will be present /var/spool/mail/root.
    - The error will also be present if you try to directly run
    /usr/share/codendi/src/utils/php-launcher.sh gerrit-fetch.php from plugins/git/bin

    As a result, the other repos will not all be synchronised
