Define my burndown ideal line with a "capacity" field
I'm able to choose per tracker if I want to define my own burndown ideal line based on a capacity field or if I use the default ideal line.
We can activate this option by checking a checkbox.

- if I have the capacity field, I enable the checkbox
- else, i'm not able to check this field

- the new ideal line begin with the capactiy field value
- if the capacity field is removed or unused, an error message is displayed in burndown.
