    Error is thrown when user has not access to a team in Program service

    How to reproduce:

    • Have a Program with 2 teams
    • In each teams, have 1 User Story
    • Have a feature (in the program) linked to these User Stories
    • Have a user who can only access one team
    • With this user, go to Program Service

    => The backlog is not loaded, and an error is displayed.

    Good behaviour:

    • The backlog must be loaded
    • User Story that user has not accessed are not displayed in the feature
