    Migrate Tracker_Artifact_Changeset_ValueDao to \Tuleap\DB\DataAccessObject

    This class is heavily used when accessing the tracker reports data and it's still using the legacy interfaces to access the DB. The way the "old" way was doing things to access the DB has a cost that becomes non negligible when heavily used so converting it is interesting from a performance PoV. In any cases doing the conversion is a good thing at least for the long term maintenance.
