    [SOAP] Error with getArtifactComments()
    I have used the newly introduced operation "getArtifactComments" to retrieve the comments of some artifacts and it fails systematically whether the artifact has some comments or not.

    Step to reproduce:
    - call getArtifactComments(sessionHash, artifactId)

    On demo.tuleap.net, I can see a new version but not the one you are mentionning (Tuleap version 5.9.1). This new version does not resolve the issue.
