  • Structure:
    • Remove man/day field
    • Summary should be in "Details" field set, on top of description
    • Details field set should come first

• User stories cannot be submitted on the related kanban (neither with "title" creation nor with full artifact)

ART & Program management project template

Features tracker

• Add a Benefit Hypothesis text field (replaces former field Description)
• Add an Acceptance criteria text field

Program Enabler tracker

• Add a Business case string field
• Add a Benefit Hypothesis text field (replaces former field Description)
• Add an Acceptance criteria text field
• Move Prority field to the Details fieldset
• Add a Progress fieldset containing:
  • An initial effort field and a remaining effort field (bound to the progress semantic)
  • The Status field (moved from the Identification fieldset)
  • The Assigned to field (moved from the History fieldset)
• Move the History fieldset content to the Identification fieldset
• Remove the History fieldset

• Should be a clone of the ART & Program management [Program Enablers] tracker

Epics tracker

• Should be removed

Part III

• For team & programs: verify that fields that have the same label have the same name (like Remaining Effort => remaining_effort).

Program Template

• Iteration tracker is useless ATM, should be removed until we actually have iteration management.
• Features and Program Enablers should have Timeframe semantic bound to Program Increment tracker
• Features and Program Enablers should have Progress semantic set to "children count"
• Features and Program Enablers should not have "remaining effort" nor "estimated effort"

Team Template

• Team Enabler tracker should have Timeframe semantic bound to Iteration
