Pull request IDs in Tuleap and references in Git do not match. This was a wrong assumption. Tuleap pull request 5 can be at /refs/tlpr/2/head.

a patch is under review at https://github.com/jenkinsci/tuleap-git-branch-source-plugin/pull/292 this should fix the issue.

a patch is under review at https://github.com/jenkinsci/tuleap-api-plugin/pull/198

another one will be coming on tuleap-git-branch-source once this one is merged and tuleap-api released.
