    Personal Access Token cannot be used with Jira Server < 8.14

    For art #22612 we introduced usage of Personal Access Token for Jira Server (see git #tuleap/stable/4be9512677363597a0f2a0bab587127d10ce4c6f) however PAT are only available since Jira 8.14. For version prior to 8.14, the only available option is basic auth with login & password.
