    Not possible to create or update artifacts with csv import when a date field is empty.

    How to reproduce :

    • Use a tracker with at least one date field as "close_date" for instance without default value
    • Create a .csv file to import data including "close_date"
    • Leave "close_date" value empty in your csv file

    You will get the following error when trying to import : Unknown value: "" for field "end_date"
