    Programm and Scrum can be enabled at the same time in a project

    How to test :

    • Have a project with agildashboard enabled without scrum configuration
    • Activate the program plugin without configure it
    • Configure the scrum
    • Configure Programm --> Scrum is now unavailable but still configured / Disable the service is not possible anymore and scrum administration not available to remove it

    Scrum Administration shouldn't be available when program service is enabled
