    Old Bootstrap fields should look like TLP fields

    Because getting rid of Bootstrap 2.3.2 won't happen any time soon, bootstrap fields should look like TLP fields so the user interface is more consistent across Tuleap. Actually, list pickers in artifact view are already aligned with TLP style.

    This request will also fix currently broken prepend/append fields:
