    Jira import of issueLinkType should not have double slash

    It turns out that Jira Server (not Jira Cloud) doesnt support https://jira.example.com//rest/api/2//issueLinkType (double slash before issueLinkType). There must be only one slash. It's the only route to behaves like that to our knowledge
