    Import of jira issue link types with not supported characters

    Tuleap bases the import of link types on "name" part of the description. However, it can contains characters that are not supported by type artifact link type shortname.

    Since request #26400, this kind of situation no longer crash the import but at the price of data lost (used link type is not kept). The goal of this contribution is to convert the jira label into something that Tuleap can support.
