    Unable to cancel a file upload in TTM

    When I try to cancel a file upload in TTM test exec, there is an error in the console and the file continue to be uploaded:

    Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: can't access property "destroy", x.upload_error_messages_popovers.get(...) is undefined

    Have two users:

    1. One is project admin
    2. One is only project member
