    Use the bash available in the PATH instead of hardcoding /bin/bash in helper scripts

    Some of the shebangs in Tuleap try to use /bin/bash directly which is a bit annoying when bash is not available at this path. It also means that developers might be using a different version than the one specified in the nix-shell environment.
