You need to link your Eclipse project to your Mylyn repository (properties of the project) and then you need to write the key of the task <ProjectName>:<TrackerName>-<TaskId>.

A fix has been contributed on tuleap_master. It will be available in Mylyn Task connector for Tuleap 1.1:
https://github.com/sbegaudeau/mylyn.tasks/commit/d644141a4b5fe07cbf97ce16f7b41c9eb750bba3

With the change in the level of synchronization with the server and thus with the change in the identifiers of a Tuleap task, this task was easier to solve.
