    The history stay consistent

    Overview

    As of today, the first version of a document always ends to "Label" & "ChangeLog" empty, even if the document is already elaborated and has a version name (eg. 1.0-DRAFT). It will force users to re-upload the document to be able to set the right label.

    Both fields should be made available at document creation for the sake of consistency
