    Output of notification to Tuleap should mention if there is a failure to do so

    If you remove the CI notification rights on a repository and trigger the build on the Jenkins job with a notification, you see

    Sending the commit build status
Notifying Tuleap about build status: successFinished: SUCCESS

    This is fine factually, but functionally a little bit misleading: We should tell the user that the notification failed but keep the job a success.
