Overview

As of today search on document owner is only with the exact login name in a text field. That's not really easy.

This story proposes to replace this input by a list picker with all existing owners of documents in the project. Regardless whether they are active or not because it can be used to identify the documents owned by someone who left the company (status suspended or deleted) to change owners for instance.

There is a need for a new REST route to list all possible document owners
