    Bad Request: A pull request with the same source and destination branches already exists.

    While trying to create a pull request, tuleap gives error saying Bad Request: A pull request with the same source and destination branches already exists.  but the branch are different. I even changed the branch

    Even when we change anything in the branch it gives the same message.
