    Do not import a Jira project if there is duplicated issue types names

    In Jira, it's possible to have multiple issue types used in a project with the same name. On the Tuleap side, each issue type is imported as a tracker, and trackers in the same project cannot have the same name.

    Given that we are unable to import this kind of data, we block the import and inform the user about that.
