    Build frontend apps with Vite

    Since the adoption of vite as the new default bundler system for frontend code, the infrastructure needed to use it has been set up. We should migrate existing webpack configurations to the (much simpler) vite configuration.

    You can find the remaining webpack usages with find . -name "webpack.common*" at the root of Tuleap
