    IE8 tooltip misbehavior
    We found a very odd behavior of the tracker report tooltip on IE8. The tooltip works perfectly fine at first (cf "Before" attachment), but as soon as you have opened the artifact once, the tooltip is broken and loads the whole artifact instead, breaking the page CSS in the process (cf "After" attachment).

    As long as you don't hover the link to the artifact, the page loads normaly.

    Looks like this bug appears everywhere there is a tooltip. Here on crossreference. Any idea on this?
