    Allow to connect Jenkins to many Tuleap instances

    In Corporate environment like ESN, there can be multiple Tuleap instances:

    • one internal
    • one public, shared with partners
    • many other per projects
    • many testing environments

    Having the hability to connect from one Jenkins to many Tuleap could be a plus.

    This could be achieve by allowing multiple Tuleap from the admin configuration view or, at the opposite (breaking change), specify the Tuleap base URL directly in the Job.

    Perhaps a less intrusive solution is to add a property called "Arbitrary Tuleap base URL" and then, when activated, no more limit the Tuleap URL to the one selected, but allow the specification of an arbitrary URL.
