    Updating an SVN repository with REST does not allow notifications with only user groups

    When updating an SVN repository using the REST route PUT /svn/{id}, given a notification set only for user groups, we got the following error:

    Bad Request: Notification should concern at least one email or one user for path:

    Notifications set only for user groups must be allowed in the REST route (the same way it's allowed in the SVN administration web UI).
