    This kind of error appears randomly for some repos:

    Proposing TAI
Search at 'master'ERROR: Failed to create or update a subproject TAI
java.io.EOFException: SSL peer shut down incorrectly
	at sun.security.ssl.InputRecord.read(InputRecord.java:505)
	at sun.security.ssl.SSLSocketImpl.readRecord(SSLSocketImpl.java:975)
Caused: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Remote host closed connection during handshake

Caused: java.lang.RuntimeException: Error while contacting Tuleap server

    This error seems to occur on projects with a lot of Git repos
