    fix TypeScript Jest coverage

    Our nightly job that runs test suites also gathers test coverage for our frontend assets. It is currently broken, and leads to timeout while waiting for tests that never finish.

    It is due to TypeScript errors in parts of Tuleap that do not have a dedicated typecheck script. We should fix those errors.
