    an external process using REST APIs can story metadata on it

    Two new REST routes:

    • POST /trackers/:id/3rd_party_metadata

      • receive an arbitrary json payload and store it Tuleap side.
      • can only be set by a tracker administrator

    • GET /trackers/:id/3rd_party_metadata

      • returns the arbitrary json payload set by POST route
      • can be accessed by anybody that can access the corresponding tracker

    The size of the payload is arbitrary limited at 512 Kio of data.
