    Allow multiple frontend apps per context

    At the moment plugins or the Tuleap core are expected to behave as if they only had one frontend app.

    That is not the case everywhere and the workaround that have been used are becoming problematic: caching of the build results is broken and you need to very careful to not overwrite the generated assets of the other apps.
