    Use label for GitLab group selection

    Context: in Git Administration > GitLab group link, when completing the wizard to link a Tuleap Project to a GitLab group.

    In order to improve accessibility, we should use <label> tag for the group name so that people can click on it to toggle the radio button on the same line.
