    Run nix-daemon in external plugins CI

    Following git #tuleap/stable/e9713a27c3c62cc82067611bc12cc4322f25e7c4, some of the options given to the "generated files builder" docker container have changed. There are two more volumes needed, and we need to run nix-daemon. We should also update those CI jobs.
