    Enhance handling of pagination for Baseline plugin

    In its current state, the baseline plugin is not able to deal with a given amount of data (some hardcoded limits block to 100 the number of item that can be retrieved).

    We have to enhance that by adding pagination where it's missing and by using it when we have to do. This will allow users to create and manipulate bigger baselines.
