    Generated archive file should contain a random part

    The recent GitHub experience on this topic has shown that users might consider the generated archive to be stable. Tuleap does not consider those archives as part of the stable API. We should make sure users do not think it is because we it is has not been changed for a while by adding a "random" part each time an archive is generated.
