    Use tlp-badge instead of colored square for list values

    We started to use tlp-badge in various places for artifact status: SwitchTo modal, list picker. We should use tlp-badge everywhere it is possible.

    Since tlp-badge are only usable with TLP swatch color, values that use legacy color palette cannot have a tlp-badge.
