    Increase timeout for Jira HTTP Client

    In some contexts, having a 5 seconds timeout for the HTTP client used to import data from Jira is not enough. In this particular case, the timeout is increased to 30 seconds.

    Default timeout integration in 14.5.99.124. Keep it open because we also need an option on CLI to adjust
