    Not really caring about the changelog, we are only using it as a transitive dependency of @types/webpack.

    Maintaining the exception in the dependency vuln scanner or doing the upgrade is of equivalent annoyance.

    I've added the webpack changelogs since it must be bumped and it has a pretty central role in our dev dependencies.
